We’re now looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Engineer to join our growing team.
The Role
As an HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems across a variety of commercial environments including offices, schools, hospitals, retail units, and industrial facilities.
This is a hands‑on, field‑based role requiring strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Installing, servicing, and maintaining HVAC systems including air conditioning, ventilation, and heating equipment
* Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs
* Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance
* Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and company procedures
* Completing service reports, job sheets, and compliance documentation
* Responding to breakdowns and emergency callouts
* Liaising with site managers, clients, and other trades
* Maintaining company vehicle, tools, and equipment
* Participating in ongoing training and development
Requirements
* Proven experience as an HVAC Engineer
* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and controls
* Relevant HVAC / F‑Gas qualifications
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in commercial or industrial environments
* Knowledge of BMS systems
* CSCS card or equivalent
* Manufacturer‑specific training certifications
