What You'll Do (The Big Stuff)
* Own group financial strategy and governance.
* Chair weekly cash flow calls (with FC support).
* Deliver management accounts across multiple entities every month.
* Build forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis that influence real decisions.
* Sign off VAT returns and oversee compliance.
* Support acquisitions with financial modelling and light due diligence.
* Present at monthly board meetings and provide strategic recommendations.
Who You Are
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
* 2-5 years' post-qualification experience.
* Excited by growth, complexity, and responsibility.
* Able to work at pace, with accuracy and ownership.
* Hungry to step up into leadership.
