This is a hands-on role where you'll shape how we attract, engage and retain our audience, working closely with teams across the organisation. What you'll be doing as our Senior Targeted Growth Manager: Lead and deliver our growth strategy across acquisition, engagement and retention Identify opportunities to improve user journeys and overall performance Use data and insight to test ideas, measure impact and guide decisions Work closely with Product, Marketing and other teams to deliver growth initiatives Track progress and clearly share results and recommendations What you'll bring as our Senior Targeted Growth Manager: Experience in a growth, digital or performance-focused role at a senior level A strong track record of using data to drive improvement and results Confidence working across teams and influencing stakeholders A practical, curious mindset with a willingness to test, learn and adapt Clear communication skills and a focus on making things better for users Why join us?
