The Contract Manager role:
Incentivising and motivating directly employed trade labour whilst on occasion engaging and managing subcontractors for specialist works.
Building relationships both internally with all teams and with the housing client; we encourage commercial and operational teams to work very closely together to ensure a successful and collaborative delivery.
What will I bring to the Contract Manager role?
For example, management experience in responsive maintenance, disrepair, planned or minor works within the residential/housing sector is advantageous.
An SMSTS is required.
An understanding of the impact that operations can have on cost and risk management.
A trade background (all trades considered to NVQ level 2 or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
