What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading your team to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and exceed manufacturer benchmarks.
* Managing departmental costs and ensuring alignment with business plans.
* Maintaining strict compliance standards, including accurate customer data collection.
* Ensuring all manufacturer guidelines are met across the service department.
* Creating a safe, organised, and efficient working environment.
* Driving performance through coaching, development, and effective team leadership.
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll bring a proven track record as a Service Manager or in a similar leadership role within automotive retail. You’ll be skilled in improving performance, boosting profitability, and enhancing operational efficiency. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities are essential, along with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
