Robert Half has partnered with a client in Kidlington to recruit a permanent IT Support Analyst to join an established Service Desk Team, acting as the first point of contact for all user queries, ensuring the smooth running of the company's IT systems and hardware.
Please note this role is fully office based and will require the candidate to go through DBS and SC clearance.
Key Responsibilities
1. 1st Line desktop support, triage and troubleshoot IT hardware and software systems
2. O365 administration
3. Device management - desktops, laptops, mobile devices

Skills and Experience
6. Excellent customer service skills
7. Proven experience in a Service Desk role, managing tickets, troubleshooting technical queries
8. Strong understanding of M365, G-Suite, networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Windows Server, MDM solutions (InTune)
