Full-Time Care Manager
SeniorCare Inc. is currently looking for a dedicated Care Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing consumer-centered assessments and facilitating the authorization, coordination, and monitoring of services for elderly individuals, enabling them to lead independent lives within their community.
Qualifications:
* Strong communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with consumers, their families, and support networks.
* Proficiency in computer usage, including data entry, word processing, and research, is necessary.
* Prior experience working with elders and/or in a community service setting is highly desirable.
