Responsibilities The hotel has recently be awarded 2aa rosettes so a successful candidate should have a similar strong service background from their previous experience This is a role for a strong restaurant supervisor, to be able to run a new informal dining area or a section of the main busy hotel restaurant (Apply online only) covers).
