Salary: £29,000 Basic + Performance Bonus (Realistic £40,000 OTE)
Hours: 08:00 – 18:00 (Mon–Fri) | 08:00 – 13:00 Saturdays (1 in 4 rotation)

Your Typical Day
As the essential bridge between our clients and the technical workshop, you will:
* Manage the Client Journey: Act as the main point of contact for vehicle updates, maintenance advice, and service plan inquiries.
* Coordinate Operations: Efficiently schedule MOTs and service bookings while managing our fleet of courtesy vehicles.
* Master the Details: Ensure all customer data is accurately captured and job cards are detailed for the technician team.
* Drive Results: Process service payments and work closely with our Sales department to highlight vehicle upgrade opportunities.
* Resolve Challenges: Address customer concerns with speed and empathy to maintain our reputation for excellence.

Useful (but not mandatory) background:
* Experience within an automotive dealership or a similar customer-facing retail role.
* A basic understanding of vehicle maintenance or workshop flow.
Essential Requirements
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
* Driver: A full, valid UK Driving License is required.
* Reliability: The ability to commit to the set shift patterns and Saturday morning rota.
