As Director of Practice & Clinical Services or Director of Practice (non-clinical), you will:
* Oversee operations across our Fordingbridge and Cranborne sites
* Set and drive the strategic direction of the practice
* Maintain high clinical and client care standards
* Ensure strong commercial performance
* Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture
Clinical applicants will also carry out clinical duties and participate in the OOH rota. We welcome both Veterinary Surgeons and experienced non-clinical leaders from the veterinary sector (this means our benefits may differ).

Rota Patterns That Work for You
* Full-time: 40 hours per week
* If clinical: 1 in 4 OOH rota
* One weeknight each week
* One weekend in four, incl. Saturday SA consults (10:00–13:00)
* Small animal OOH (except inpatients) handled by our local provider
* Flexible working considered – full-time preferred, but part-time options available for the right candidate
