Are you looking to join our set? If so we have an exciting opportunity to sharpen your skills and become a Sales Assistant working 6 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* Act as an ambassador for Ryman and the wider Theo Paphitis Retail Group by learning about the business and your role and sharing this knowledge with customers
* Handle customer complaints and difficulties, including returns, to ensure customer retention
* Achieve and strive to exceed KPIs and objectives set by Store Management Team and the business
* Engage with customers, identify needs and help them purchase by applying product knowledge while highlighting relevant promotions and upselling
* Carry out stock replenishment and maintain accuracy of stock systems
* Promote high visual merchandising standards; maintain high store housekeeping standards
* Acquire product knowledge and continue to self-develop that knowledge
* Identify opportunities to increase sales value by offering appropriate additional items
* Ensure compliance with all relevant Health and Safety policies
