Associate Divisional Clinical Leader - Northamptonshire

This is a permanent full‑time (37.5 hours per week) frontline Ambulance Clinical role based in Kettering / Corby Town Northamptonshire. Salary £39,959 – £48,117 per annum plus unsocial payments.

Job Overview
As Associate Divisional Clinical Leader (ADCL) you will support the Divisional Senior Clinical Lead (DSCL) working across Wellingborough and Daventry/Towcester/Brackley ambulance stations to achieve clinical and quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Allocate ADCL roles to defined stations and manage clinical and quality metrics and outcomes.
* Support the delivery of clinical elements of appraisals for staff.
* Act as a reactive leader, supervising and signposting staff during shifts.
* Provide clinical development, support, supervision and leadership of operational teams, including preceptorship and university entrants.
* Work with DSCL and Station Managers to improve operational service delivery.
Qualifications
* Full driving licence, including emergency driving provision.
* Current clinical registration as a Paramedic.
* Evidence of ongoing CPD activity.
* Teaching qualification (e.g. AET/PTLLS) or willingness to undertake.
* Assessment qualification (e.g. CAVA or equivalent) or undertaking study.

* Ability to plan and organise complex activities.
* Creative, innovative approach to developing solutions and enhancing operational services.
