About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage our digital marketing efforts and help shape our online presence.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll develop strategies, manage campaigns, mentor a small marketing team, and optimise performance across all digital channels to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Develop and deliver digital marketing strategies across social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising
* Manage, mentor, and support a small marketing team, providing leadership and performance feedback
* Plan, create, and optimise content for social media channels, ensuring strong brand consistency and audience engagement
* Lead and deliver targeted email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated sequences
* Segment audiences and personalise messaging for maximum impact
* Monitor digital marketing performance (traffic, engagement, conversions) and report insights and recommendations
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy and innovation
* Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with wider business goals and brand positioning
* Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring strong ROI across channels
* Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
What You’ll Bring:
* 5+ years’ experience in social media marketing (essential)
* 2+ years’ experience managing email marketing campaigns (essential)
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring a team
* Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms
* Excellent content writing and messaging skills, with a strong eye for brand consistency
* Data-driven mindset with experience analysing performance and optimising campaigns
* Good understanding of SEO, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimisation
* Strong time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
* Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude
