Senior Ecologist - Sheffield. Are you a passionate ecologist looking to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across the UK - from residential developments and infrastructure schemes to nature recovery and biodiversity net gain strategies.

Responsibilities
* Conducting protected species and habitat surveys (e.g. bats, GCN, reptiles, badgers)
* Producing high-quality technical reports including PEAs, EcIAs, and management plans
* Supporting the delivery of Biodiversity Net Gain assessments
* Liaising with clients, planning authorities, and stakeholders
* Supporting junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge sharing
What We're Looking For
* A degree in ecology or related environmental discipline
* Consultancy experience (or demonstrable equivalent)
* Strong report writing and survey skills
* Knowledge of UK planning policy and legislation
* Ideally at least one protected species licence (or working towards)
* Full UK driving licence
