* Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum- Full Time Equivalent (depending on experience)
* Hours: Flexible — choose full-time (Mon–Fri) or part-time (minimum 3 days per week across Mon–Fri) working across our partner practices in Greater Manchester and the surrounding area, at the following locations; Swinton, Altrincham, Lymm and Bromborough

About the Role
As a Hearing Care Assistant, you’ll be an integral part of our practice, supporting private hearing services with a balance of clinical excellence and operational flair.
Clinical Duties
* Carry out otoscopy and Tympa-based assessments
* Deliver Pure Tone Audiometry (PTA) screenings
* Conduct hearing aid reviews and routine maintenance
* Perform ear wax removal (microsuction, irrigation & manual)
* Take aural impressions
* Support patients with empathy and clear communication
* Work under the guidance of an HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Dispenser
Practice Engagement & Development
* Assist with team training and cross-referrals
* Build partnerships with local GPs, pharmacies & communities
* Help manage appointment scheduling to maximise the HAD’s time
Operational Responsibilities
* Maintain high standards in line with healthcare regulations
* Ensure Health & Safety compliance
* Represent THCP with professionalism in both appearance and conduct
What You’ll Need
* Qualified Hearing Care Assistant
* Previous experience working in a customer facing environment and in a healthcare setting
* GCSEs in English, Maths and Science (grade C or higher)
* A full UK driving license and the ability to travel between locations
* Eligibility to work in the UK, and availability for the specified days
