We’re looking for a Business Analyst who can also take on some project management responsibilities – someone who enjoys seeing things through from start to finish. In this role, you’ll not only define business needs and shape solutions, but also have the opportunity to drive delivery and ensure real outcomes.
Most of your time will be spent working as a Business Analyst, but you’ll also manage smaller projects, keeping things moving and making sure stakeholders stay aligned. If you’re the kind of person who likes to get stuck into problem-solving but also enjoys driving projects forward, this could be the ideal role for you.
Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Business Analysis & Project Delivery
2. Work closely with stakeholders to understand challenges, capture requirements, and define solutions that work
3. Run workshops, interviews, and process reviews to get to the heart of what’s needed
4. Translate business needs into clear, practical user stories and workflows
5. Lead smaller projects or workstreams, ensuring they stay on track and meet business needs
6. Create and maintain high-level project plans and RAID logs, with minimal admin overhead
7. Keep teams aligned—communicate priorities, risks, and progress clearly to both technical and non-technical teams
8. Support solution design and work closely with developers, testers, and end-users to ensure successful delivery
9. Coordinate testing and user adoption, ensuring business users are engaged and confident in new processes or systems
10. Identify risks, proactively problem-solve, and flag issues before they become blockers
11. Learn from each project—provide feedback and suggest improvements in work processes
Qualifications
* Strong experience in business analysis, focusing on requirements gathering and process mapping
* Some experience managing smaller projects or workstreams, even if project management isn’t your main role
* The ability to translate complex business needs into clear, structured outputs (e.g., user stories, process diagrams)
* A confident communicator who can work effectively with both business and technical teams
* Strong organizational skills—you can juggle multiple priorities and adapt to change
* Experience working in Agile or Waterfall environments, or a mix of both
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
* Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools
* A background in IT systems, integrations, or business change initiatives
* Familiarity with testing and user adoption activities
Any formal qualifications in Business Analysis (BCS, IIBA) or Project Management (Prince2, Agile PM)—but experience matters more than certificates.
