SEN Teaching Assistant - ASC Support (KS2) – Fleetwood
Teaching Personnel are partnering with a welcoming Primary School in Fleetwood (FY7) seeking a caring and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team after the October half term.
This role involves providing targeted support to pupils across Key Stage 2 who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). The ideal candidate will be patient, adaptable, and able to build positive, trusting relationships to help children thrive in their learning and personal development.
Responsibilities
* Work across KS2 classes to provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ASC.
* Support children with their learning, social skills, and emotional regulation.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement personalised learning plans.
* Promote inclusion and encourage independence wherever possible.
Role Details
Start date: Monday 3rd November 2025 (after October half term)
Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
