We're currently recruiting a dedicated Lead Facilities Support to help ensure the smooth running of the operations on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

What you'll be doing:
* Oversee and ensure timely completion of all mailroom operations (stationary stock management/deliveries goods in/out)
* Provide regular updates to line manager
* Maintain records
* Inspections of meeting room set ups
* Space planning – updating of records
* People moves
* Furniture moves
* Furniture repairs
* Assist M&E team where required
* On-call ROTA
Our ideal lead will:
* Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
* Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service
* Team player and can-do attitude
* Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
* Full clean UK driving licence
* Electrical awareness
* Legionella awareness
* Manual handling
* Ability to work at height
* Health and safety awareness
