Media Content Controller – Crazy Bear HotelsWe are seeking a highly creative and trend-aware Social Media Content Creator to bring the Crazy Bear brand to life across digital platforms. This role is ideal for an “out-of-the-box” thinker with a strong understanding of social media culture, platform-native content, and storytelling within a hospitality environment. You will be responsible for conceptualising, producing, and delivering engaging, high-quality content across channels, with a particular focus on video-first platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, alongside managing and growing our LinkedIn presence in line with brand positioning.What Does the Content Creator Role Include?Content Planning & Ownership· Own Instagram and TikTok content planning, delivering a monthly schedule signed off one month in advance. Balance planned content with reactive posting aligned to trends and business needs. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager while leading creative direction and execution.Brand Understanding & Site Integration· Develop a strong understanding of the Crazy Bear brand across both locations, creating content that reflects their individual identities while maintaining a cohesive presence. Work regularly on-site, collaborating with teams to generate ideas and leading final creative decisions.Content Creation· Capture and produce high-quality photo and video content optimised for Instagram and TikTok. Attend and document events, delivering real-time and post-event content. Lead website photography as directed by the Marketing Manager, ensuring a consistent standard across food, accommodation and guest experience.Advertising & Commercial Awareness· Develop and propose Instagram advertising campaigns aligned with business priorities and revenue opportunities. Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, translating key focus areas into effective, conversion-led content.Community Management & Platform Optimisation· Manage inbound communication across Meta platforms, including responding to messages and implementing automations where appropriate. Ensure platforms are optimised for engagement, consistency and overall customer experience.Reporting & Performance Tracking· Produce monthly performance reports covering key metrics, growth, engagement and content performance across platforms. Use insights to refine strategy, improve content quality and inform future planning.Partnerships & Collaborations· Identify and deliver collaborations, partnerships and brand integrations aligned with the Crazy Bear brand to expand reach. Work with external creators, influencers and partners to enhance content and visibility.
