The Role: Remortgage Conveyancer You will manage a high-volume caseload of complex remortgage transactions, from instruction through to completion, covering: Transfers of equity Shared ownership matters Defective title issues Deeds of postponement Estate rent charges Complex restrictions Handling around 150 new remortgage instructions monthly, you’ll be supported by an advanced case management system. The role involves regular client, borrower, lender and third-party contact to ensure smooth and efficient transaction progression. Sharing your technical expertise and contributing positively to team culture is encouraged.
