Corporate M&A / Infrastructure Associate (4–5 PQE)
We are working with a premier legal team seeking a talented Corporate M&A / Infrastructure Associate with 4–5 years' post-qualification experience to join its highly regarded practice.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions across the infrastructure, energy, transport, and broader regulated sectors. The successful candidate will advise a diverse client base, including infrastructure funds, institutional investors, developers, sponsors, and corporate clients on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, investments, and strategic projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 4–5 years' PQE gained at a leading national or international law firm.
* Strong experience in Corporate M&A, with exposure to infrastructure and/or energy transactions.
* Excellent technical, drafting, and transaction management skills.
* A commercial mindset and the ability to build strong client relationships.
* A collaborative approach and a desire to work as part of a market-leading team.
