About the Role:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll manage a multi-skilled trades team, ensuring exceptional service standards that exceed our customers' expectations. Your responsibilities include:
* Leading recruitment, training, and performance management aligned with Qualis policies.
* Ensuring maintenance activities meet safety standards, quality benchmarks, and budget constraints.
* Driving efficiency through effective scheduling, productivity monitoring, and continual improvement of first-time fix rates.
* Conducting property inspections, preparing detailed reports, and managing contractor relations effectively.
* Championing our health, safety, and compliance standards.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience managing maintenance or trades teams.
* Strong understanding of property maintenance, repairs, and improvement processes.
* Excellent knowledge of health and safety practices.
* Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
* Proficiency in IT systems for accurate performance monitoring and reporting.
* A valid driving licence and access to your vehicle for site visits.

The salary: The ideal candidate will join us on a full-time basis in return for a salary between £37,000 -£41,000 per annum. Exact salary will reflect your experience and skill set.
