Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Oxford
Hours: Full-time hours per week, including Saturday mornings on a rota basis
Salary: Basic Salary plus Uncapped bonus scheme based on upsells, customer satisfaction score, and performance

The role: As a Service Advisor, you are the point of contact between customers and our workshop, based front of house in the showroom. Full training is provided, including an induction programme, shadowing, and a buddy system to help you settle into your role.
Who you are:
* Previous customer service experience is essential
* Passionate about the customer journey and delivering excellent service
* Comfortable working to deadlines and managing customer expectations
* Organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident supporting complex customer issues with management guidance
* Tech-savvy, ideally experienced with CRM systems
What you’ll do:
* Establish and manage customer relationships before their booking and greet them on arrival
* Support the customer’s journey positively and proactively
* Advocate for the business and customers, supporting decision-making
* Complete all customer-related administration accurately
* Support customers with future requirements
* Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding service and retention
