Highly confidential role working in support of the CEO for a client based in North Lincolnshire.
Based on site every day you will be working as to the CEO of this growing business.
The role is busy and varied – most importantly you will be right hand, safe space, critical friend and advocate. The CEO is busy, travels a lot and juggles multiple priorities – you will be there to think ahead, plan, catch anything that drops and operate as advocate through the business.
As Executive Assistant you will be:
1. Managing diary – maximise time efficiently and effectively to help meet business priorities and deliver results.
2. Organising travel – multi stop, multi time-zone. Previous experience of coordinating complex travel is essential.
3. Producing correspondence, presentations – you must be able to produce first class highly engaging presentations and compose well written correspondence and communications.
4. Email management – highlight the priorities, handle the BAU and dial out the noise. You will be filtering in and out key communications to keep the CEO up to date.
5. Representative – representing the CEO in staff forums, events, and seasonal activities.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential, as is the ability to travel to site in North Lincs for an 8 am start.
This is a brand-new role – you can make it your own. Key success factors are relevant previous experience, expertise across all MS Office, and of course the chemistry fit to the CEO.
