Rotheram Carrington Recruitment Group are pleased to be supporting a well-established manufacturing organisation in Wrexham, in their recruitment of an experienced Credit Controller on a permanent basis. This Credit Control job, reports to the Financial Controller and you will be responsible for the following duties:
Key responsibilities:
* Chasing payments for 2 of the Companies with in the Group, via email, and telephone
* Ensuring that all remittances are allocated correctly to ledgers
* Processing cash postings onto the ERP system.
* Reconciliation of the customer accounts
* Opening and monitoring all new accounts and setting credit limits
* Copy invoices, confirming delivery of goods
* Preparing and processing the daily banking and monthly direct debits collections
Skills/Experience
* Must have previous experience dealing with customers over the phone in a polite and professional manner
* Proactively deal with issues should they arise
* Confident in liaising with other internal stakeholders
* Competent Excel & Word skills
* Use of an ERP system would be and advantage but not essential as full training will be given
What’s On Offer
* Up to £30,000 per annum (possibly more if the person has strong credit control experience in a manufacturing environment)
* Full time hours – Monday to Friday- all onsite
