Job Details
* Children's Home Registered Manager
* Managing a brand new children's home
* Managing a home for children and young people (OFSTED regulated)
* Overall responsibility for the operational management of the home ensuring that it operates to the highest professional and quality standards
* Overseeing the day to day running of the home
* Ensure the service is compliant with OFSTED and company standards
* Leading and managing staff so they can perform their roles safely and to the best of their ability
* Managing budgets and contracts
* Manage safeguarding reports
* Manage referrals
* Making strategic decisions about the future and growth of your home
* Full time, permanent contract, + on call duties
* Southport based
Pay:
* £45,000 - £50,000
About you:
* 2 years experience in a registered managers position, or as a deputy manager
* NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
* NVQ Level in leadership and management
