Based | Manchester
Offer | £35,000 – £55,000 per annum + bonus
We are working with a busy and reputable firm who are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their established and well-regarded property team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering stability, quality work and a supportive working environment.
The role offers a manageable caseload, good-quality residential matters, and strong support structures in place, including administrative assistance and experienced colleagues within the team.
The firm has a loyal client base and a steady flow of work, allowing fee earners to focus on delivery rather than volume for volume’s sake.
Typical duties would include:
* Managing a caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions
* Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity
* Liaising with clients, estate agents and lenders throughout the transaction
* Running files from initial instruction through to post-completion
* Ensuring a high standard of client care and compliance at all times
