This rewarding role involves working closely with pupils across both mainstream and SEN settings, providing tailored support to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting teachers with lessons and classroom activities
* Helping pupils with their learning, both one-to-one and in small groups
* Encouraging children's development through play and structured tasks
* Keeping the classroom tidy and ready for learning
* Observing and sharing feedback on pupil progress with teaching staff
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Passionate about working with children and being creative in your approach
* Confident managing behaviour and supporting emotional wellbeing
* Experience leading a class or group in the absence of a teacher
* Emotionally resilient and calm under pressure
* Friendly, approachable, and committed to inclusive education
* Awareness or experience of supporting individuals with SEN

* Educational background or relevant qualifications
