Contract: Permanent
Working pattern: Full-time
Start date: September 2024 or sooner

About the role:
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our brand-new autism provision and support pupils with autism to make good academic, social and personal progress.You will work with Teachers, HLTA and the Head of Provision to support the delivery of a balanced and personalised curriculum in order to achieve learning outcomes. You will ensure to create and maintain a purposeful, orderly and supportive environment for the pupils.
Our ideal candidate will:
·Have experience working with pupils who have autism or special educational needs
·Have good knowledge of autism specific strategies
·Have previously worked as a Teaching Assistant
·Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·Be a team player that can work collaboratively as well as using own initiative
