Receptionist/Administrator - Maternity Cover
40 hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 5pm
Temporary Contract: Maternity cover
Our Dalbeattie site has an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Receptionist/Administrator. Reporting to the Mills Finance Manager, you will be a key member of our team, supporting the operation of the sawmill by providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities include:
1. Answering calls and assisting visitors on site.
2. Processing sales and purchase invoices.
3. Maintaining accurate records for site staff within the employee database and personnel files.
4. Administration of employment paperwork.
5. Ordering and maintaining stationery levels.
6. Organising incoming and outgoing post, ensuring proper distribution and franked outgoing post.
7. Assisting with financial duties such as cash sale payments, processing invoices, and running sales invoices.
About you:
Experienced administrator with strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise, and a proactive attitude. Proficient in MS Word and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
