Overview

Enterprise Account Executive - Connectivity at ANS Group.

The primary purpose of this role is to upgrade and recontract existing connectivity customers in the business as well as win new customers with connectivity products.


What you will be doing

* Identify growth opportunities within your set of customers
* Work closely with external partners to maximize the ANS connectivity products in their accounts
* Collaborate with internal teams, including ANS Marketing and other ANS Sales teams, to create successful campaigns and maximize the ANS connectivity products in their accounts
* Manage the end-to-end sales cycle through CRM, including working with presales solution architects for your existing customers
* Negotiate with existing customers to upgrade and uplift contract margins through multi-year MS contracts
* Deliver against set productivity KPIs
* Manage a set of enterprise and mid-market accounts across multiple verticals
* Remain engaged with delivery throughout the project and own the commercial relationship
* Provide a single point of contact and engagement plans
* Develop an account penetration matrix for each account (baselines, opportunities)
* Work closely with the CSM and CSA, including attending service reviews, QBRs, project updates and project boards to ensure a strong customer experience
* Facilitate renewals with the CSM, CSA and renewals team


What you will bring to the role

* Understanding of connectivity service or similar environment preferable
* Proven track record of negotiating large, complex contracts
* High degree of motivation, goal-oriented, high-energy, and highly focused
* Thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
* Fast on your feet, quick learner, comfortable with minimal resources and wearing several hats through the sales process
* Ability to discuss business benefits and results to secure the appointment
* Demonstrate ability to organize and prioritize with a sense of urgency against weekly and monthly quotas
* Excellent phone, email and web etiquette and professional polish
* Must have exceptional organization, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
* Business-to-business sales experience is desirable
