As a vital part of the kitchen operation, you’ll help ensure that our chefs and service staff can deliver top-quality food and hospitality experiences to guests, sponsors, and VIPs on matchdays and during club events. This is a behind-the-scenes but essential role for anyone who enjoys working in a busy, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, wash-up areas, and equipment. * Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans promptly and to high hygiene standards. * Assist chefs with basic food preparation when required. * Ensure waste is managed correctly and kitchen areas remain clean and safe. * Support kitchen staff with deliveries, stock rotation, and storage of goods. * Follow all club health & safety, food hygiene, and COSHH procedures. * Work efficiently to meet the demands of matchday and event service times.
