The Role We’re looking for a Health and Social Care Marketing Manager with a deep understanding of the adult social care sector. This role will lead the marketing strategy for our Health and Social Care business unit, working closely with the Health and Social Care senior team and other key stakeholders to drive employer engagement, learner recruitment, and brand positioning in the market. Create and execute the Health and Social Care marketing plan - Facilitate needs-based segmentation of customer groups - Ensure proposition is clearly articulated for each customer segment - Map customer journeys to understand customer characteristics and buying behaviour - Identify and create targeted marketing campaigns to drive engagement with health and social care providers and learners. - Build and maintain activity calendar ensuring most effective tempo. - Identify industry trends, policy changes, and customer needs to tailor marketing approaches. Digital marketing focus - Work with the digital marketing team on PPC, SEO, and paid media campaigns to generate high-quality leads. - Develop email marketing campaigns, nurturing both employer and learner audiences. Content & brand development - Work with the wider marketing team to develop engaging content, including case studies, blogs, and video content, that resonates with the health & social care audience. - Ensure Realise’s health and social care messaging aligns with the wider brand and showcases our impact. Support all Health and Social Care marketing activity - Work closely with our large accounts team and Sales team to ensure marketing campaigns support their goals. - Provide marketing guidance to sales teams, helping them leverage digital tools and campaigns. Event & Partnership Marketing - Develop marketing campaigns for health and social care conferences, industry events, and employer engagement initiatives. - Build relationships with health and social care sector bodies, industry organisations and influencers. ​ Read the full job description here: Marketing Manager ​ Where will I be based? ​ This is a home-based role, with some travel required for team meetings, exhibitions and company events.
