Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Support Business Growth and Leadership: Assist in leading the fresh produce business across markets to achieve profitable growth and establish leadership positions. Collaborate with the senior stakeholders to define and implement strategies that align with group objectives. Participation in Group Management: Contribute to group management team meetings and provide input to support company targets. Foster collaboration among peers and colleagues to ensure alignment and progress toward goals. Strategic Planning and Execution: Support the development and execution of business objectives. Aid in crafting go-to-market strategies and monitoring their implementation in alignment with budgets and KPIs. Innovation and Marketing Development: Encourage innovation and entrepreneurial approaches to drive growth and differentiation. Assist in building marketing capabilities and improving regional collaboration within the marketing team.
