Role
As we continue in a period of growth, we are looking for individuals to drive delivery working in partnership with our clients, within the adult social care industry. As a senior member in our business, you will be a committed team player with the leadership ability to support and develop our people, while also inspiring our clients. We are looking for people with a background and/or experience in a strong consulting or sector transformation role.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivery:
o Lead and manage teams, workstreams and/or smaller consulting engagements within adult social care, embracing digital and placing it at the heart of the transformation journey with clients.
o Lead complex client transformation programmes/projects with a strong focus on delivering impact (improved outcomes) and return on investment.
o Manage the approach taken by the engagement teams to client workshops, meetings and presentations.
o Ensure all deliverables produced meet or exceed client expectations.
* Relationships & Commercial Management:
o Be a trusted advisor to clients and communicate confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
o Develop and nurture key client relationships.
o Manage stakeholder expectations proactively.
o Involved in managing commercials to maximise engagement profitability.
* Business Development:
o Explore new sales leads and existing account growth potential, then convert them into opportunities.
o Make significant contributions to new business proposals based on a thorough understanding of clients’ requirements.
o Use existing networks and new client bases to explore and create new opportunities.
* Quality Assurance & Practice Development:
o Ensure quality assurance processes within engagements/workstreams.
o Support practice improvement with creation of new methodologies in keeping with technological advances.
Qualifications
* Experience working on change and transformation projects within adult social care or local government.
* Knowledge of structures and business processes in local government and/or NHS experience working within a management consultancy and/or project management environment.
* Experience in analysing and presenting data; and producing high‑quality documents and reports.
* An interest and expertise in digital and technological innovation.
* Experience of working and influencing others on projects; building and managing relationships and helping others to deliver change.
* Experience of working with others to identify and define solutions to challenges.
* Experience of facilitating, developing or supporting workshops, meetings, and other similar activities in a physical and virtual environment.
* Experience managing a team; having a passion for team wellbeing and development.
* Highly effective communication and influencing skills, to achieve desired outcomes.
