The Role
* Support teaching and learning within a Year 2 classroom
* Deliver small group interventions
* Provide targeted support in phonics, reading and maths
* Assist with classroom preparation and organisation
* Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
We’re Looking For
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Experience supporting KS1 pupils (Year 2 desirable)
* Strong understanding of phonics and early literacy
* Patient, proactive and adaptable approach
* Committed to supporting pupil progress and wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
