Office based role working hours Mon – Fri 08:30 – 17:30
Responsible To: Director Of Client Services
Responsibilities: · Account Management
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their trusted primary point of contact.
· Supply and produce accurate quotations for clients campaigns
· Manage tenders received and liaise with internal departments to achieve completion
· Take ownership of campaigns, liaising with studio, production and despatch
· Communicate with the client to keep them informed of the progress
· Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities for our existing clients.
· Strong communication internally & externally
Knowledge / Skills / Attributes:
· Must have proven experience as a Senior Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the print industry.
· Strong understanding of printing processes, products, and industry trends.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ideally, experience in using Tharstern MIS
