About the role
17. This is a full-time role, however flexibility in this will be considered

What you'll do
20. Support Supervisors and team leaders to lead and motivate a team of production operatives.
21. Develop Supervisors and Team Leaders to achieve Succession Planning.
22. Coach and inspire your department, including employee engagement and best practice in the manufacturing industry.
23. Working with the Site Manufacturing Manager to ensure we meet labour and ingredient targets
24. Drive continuous improvement for your department and team.
25. Working to the values and be an effective team member who contributing cross functionally to initiatives where appropriate
26. Play your part in meeting the site objectives and ensure these objectives are translated into Supervisor, team leader and operative PDRs.
27. Work with your team to embed the new competencies and bring them alive in the day to day Gosforth operation
About you

31. Are results focused with strong planning, prioritising and organisation skills
32. Have advanced IT skills including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
33. Are self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and using own initiative
34. Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience of analysing information and issues to identify current and potential problems and develop and implement workable solutions
35. Able to engage and work collaboratively with other teams to make improvements to processes and influence stakeholders at all levels
36. A good communicator, able to operate at all levels clearly and concisely with the proven ability to communicate complex data terminology so it is understood by the data owner and the business
