We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. T his role supports the Site Manager by assisting in the planning and development of operations such that adverse variances from target tonnes and quality are minimised. Maintains a close relationship with the chargehands and operatives to achieve the weekly and daily production targets for quality and tonnage and deputises for the Site Manager when required. Summary of the role: On a day to day basis, run the Rituals of Management meetings, actively coordinate operations between the different teams, including production, and with engineering to ensure business production needs are met Take responsibility for meeting and beating budget productivity. Define the monthly production plans inline with the order book and inventory targets Manage the operatives team via a prioritised and agreed planned work schedule Maintain a continuous communication with the engineering team, to participate in the prioritisation and planning of maintenance work. Maintain a continuous communication with the quarry supervisor and quality team. Attend and contribute to required operations and planning meetings, reporting on any relevant operational issues and responding on any action items on a timely manner Key user for SAP to accurately declare production and record inventory levels of finished goods and consumables Work with the site purchasing manager to ensure sufficient packaging, chemicals and consumables to meet the product need based on the forecasted demand Do you have the following attributes?
