About the Role
AB Agri is the leading British manufacturer of pig and poultry compound feed. In this role you will lead the identification, technical development, and commercialisation of innovative pig nutrition products and services, defining our market offering.
What You'll Be Doing
* Design novel and differentiating product and service propositions for the pig industry.
* Ensure pig product specifications meet business objectives.
* Agree research priorities and identify suitable sites.
* Prepare protocols and monitor progress throughout trials.
* Produce completed trial reports with commercial interpretation and implementation plans.
* Provide technical support to customers and the sales team.
What You'll Bring
* Degree in Animal Science, Biology, Veterinary Medicine or a related biological science.
* Comprehensive, up‑to‑date knowledge of pig nutrition and production practices.
* Proven experience applying nutritional science in a commercial agricultural setting.
* Exceptional ability to translate complex scientific concepts into practical, commercial advice for non‑technical audiences.
