About the Role As a Host/Hostess, you will: Provide a gracious and professional welcome to every guest who enters Doveryard. Manage reservations and seating efficiently to create a seamless guest journey. Work closely with the service and management teams to anticipate guest needs. Maintain an inviting and polished atmosphere in the entrance and bar areas. Reflect the 1 Hotels ethos — sustainability, care, and connection — in every interaction. About You You are: Passionate about hospitality, food, and beverage. Experienced in a similar front-of-house role within a high-end or lifestyle venue. A natural communicator — confident, calm, and genuinely people-focused. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a dynamic 24-hour operation.
