About this role
Our Account Executives/telesales team are responsible for growing our existing salon/spa and clinic accounts through building and maintaining strong relationships over the phone.
The ideal candidate will be extremely sales driven and personable with a great telephone manner.
On a day-to-day basis you will be processing orders, tracking and monitoring the performance of your designated account areas as well as consistently identifying sales opportunities to grow your accounts.
This would be an ideal role for someone who has experienced great success in selling cosmetics on counter in a customer-facing role and is looking to move into an office-based sales position.
This is a one-year maternity contract.
We offer hybrid working; three days in our office in Hemel Hempstead and two days working from home.
Key Responsibilities
1. Building productive relationships over the phone with your designated accounts
2. Managing your allocated accounts, communication, and time effectively to ensure you’re achieving the most from your day
3. Calling to update your accounts and sell through on all new monthly promotions and launches
4. Achieving your monthly targets and KPIs
5. Identifying opportunities to grow your accounts with the help of upselling, link selling, and cross-promoting the full range of iiaa offerings
6. Working collaboratively as part of the sales team to deliver excellence in customer service
Desired Skills and Experience
1. A beauty enthusiast with experience in selling beauty products either B2C or B2B
2. A people person who really loves to interact with people over the phone
3. The ability to build quick and effective rapport with customers and colleagues
4. Sales driven and determined to achieve a range of monthly targets and KPIs
5. A resilient and flexible character with great interpersonal skills
