You will have excellent drafting, communication and negotiation skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
You will be commercially aware, comfortable working in a target driven environment, confident mentoring junior colleagues and proficient in case management systems and general IT.
The firm offers a competitive salary with a performance based bonus and a 35 hour working week. Benefits include 35 days' holiday including bank holidays and Christmas closure, with the option to buy up to three additional days, enhanced holiday entitlement for long service after five, seven and nine years, hybrid and flexible working options, enhanced parental leave and company sick pay including IVF support, life assurance and a Medicash health plan covering dental and optical care, monthly reward schemes, fully funded company social events and clear career progression routes through to Associate and Partner level.
