Key Responsibilities
Leading and overseeing the delivery of corporate tax advisory and compliance services across a varied client portfolio
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for complex tax matters
Contributing to the strategic direction of the tax department and identifying opportunities for business development
Ensuring the firm remains compliant with current legislation and up to date with emerging tax developments
Developing and mentoring junior members of the tax team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and professional growth
Requirements
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience at a senior level
Proven track record at Manager level or above within corporate tax, with demonstrable leadership experience
Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax, including advisory and compliance work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels
