Description
We are hiring a Store Manager for our store in Hanley. You will work directly with an established team to create the best customer shopping experience. Footasylum values our front-end retail staff.
As Store Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, develop strategies to improve customer service, drive sales and profitability, adhere to company policies, and promote programs that enhance sales and customer experience.
We invest in training and development. Our goal is to create an environment where employees can achieve, develop, and progress. You will be supported throughout your journey, with regular 1-2-1s, training, and support.
