Location: Glasgow
Salary: Starting from £23,270 with annual progression through the scheme duration.
What you'll be doing:
Within the Business Support function, your goal is to support and enable the business across a range of environments where your contribution is pivotal to the success of the business. Activities range from:
* Administration support for Programmes and Functions.
* Update/maintain business systems.
* Capture key business data/information for processing.
* Personal Assistance to Senior Leadership Team within the business.
* Diary management.
* Booking travel/accommodation.
* Co-ordination across the Ship Build facilities / Applied Shipbuilding Academy.
* Enabling vast moves with people from different locations e.g. ship moves and associated personnel.
* Ensuring smooth operation and bookings within the Academy.

Qualification requirements
5 National 5s (or equivalent) at Grade C or above which must include English & Maths (including Application of Maths) & an IT/ Business related subject.
