NCino/Salesforce Platform Lead Opportunity with High-Growth Alternative Lender
A leading alternative lender is looking for an nCino/Salesforce Platform Lead to support the company’s ambitious growth plans through its financial technology stack. This is a hands-on technical role with a clear path to leadership, working closely with the CTO as the company scales over the next 3–5 years.
You’ll take ownership of the nCino/Salesforce platform, ensuring smooth performance, resolving issues at pace, overseeing an nCino Administrator, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating across the business in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the nCino/Salesforce platform strategy, ensuring seamless operation.
* Hands-on troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.
* Managing the nCino Admin.
* Working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive platform improvements.
* Supporting the company's AI-driven initiatives as they explore new technology.
Experience Required
* Strong hands-on nCino expertise and good Salesforce experience.
* Hands-on technical ability – comfortable fixing platform issues directly.
* Experience managing at least one team member.
* Comfortable working in a high-growth SMB environment.
