At our ARU Writtle campus, we specialise in animal, environmental, agricultural and horticultural courses, for learners aged 16 to 18, adult learners, undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Writtle team within the Faculty of Science and Engineering. You’ll provide administrative support to academic colleagues on all matters supporting the student journey from Welcome through to Graduation. You’ll be based mainly at our Writtle campus, but working regularly at our Chelmsford site.
Ideally with a degree or demonstratable relevant experience, you’ll have excellent communication and IT skills honed in demanding administrative environments. Experience of working in student administration within the Higher Education sector is desirable. With an understanding of the confidential nature of the work, you’ll have good organisational skills and an ability to multi-task. You’ll be able to demonstrate experience of, and a desire to, maintain and enhance the high standards of customer care within the Faculty and work within our commitment to equality and diversity and widening participation in the HE sector.
