About the vacancy:

We are looking to hire Multi Skilled Masonry and Groundswork Operative to work as part of our External Works team to deliver a professional and cost-effective service, maintaining and improving the homes of Hedyn's residents.

The role requires:

Specifically, in the role you will:

1. Work with a range of external agencies on 55+ scheme specific issues and projects whilst ensuring all services provided by external agencies are delivered in accordance with Hedyn policies and procedures.
2. Work in partnership with other relevant bodies and areas of the association as required to ensure the association's strategic objectives are delivered.
