We're seeking a skilled Meraki Support Technician to join our team! As a 24/7 support specialist, you'll provide top-notch installation, configuration, and troubleshooting services for Meraki devices across various locations in the UK.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Install, configure, and test Meraki devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues within 5-hour SLA
- Collaborate with clients to ensure seamless project execution
- Maintain accurate records and reports
*Requirements:*
- Experience with Meraki devices and configuration
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Locations:*
- Belfast
- Cardiff
- Plymouth
- Norwich
- Glasgow
